This weekend was the 1st time we had actually got to grips with the inside of the new flat, even though we got our keys last Friday. We started off with some sofa shopping, eventually agreed on a sofa.

Next step was to gut the whole place. My parents started in the living room and we started in the hall way. After one day we managed to get carpets of hall and living room removed, bathroom suite removed and 3/4 of the hall and living room wallpaper removed.

Last night I returned to try and remove the horrible lime green from the bathroom. That was a job and a half trying to remove artex.
